How we raise them

Our freezer meats — beef, turkey and chicken — are raised right here on the farm. When you buy a package from our freezer, you can stand in the driveway and see where it came from.
Duck and goose are a different story. We raise those in much smaller numbers, so rather than keep them on hand we take preorders and make sure every bird finds its table.

Farm-raised turkey in the freezer year round — separate from our holiday birds, which are preorder.

What meats do you normally have in the freezer?
Beef, turkey and chicken are our regular freezer stock, all raised here at the farm. Duck and goose come in smaller numbers, so we sell those by preorder rather than keeping them on hand.
Why are duck and goose preorder only?
We raise them in much smaller numbers than beef, turkey and chicken. Selling by preorder means every bird has a home before it is processed, rather than sitting in a freezer.
Can I buy a half or whole beef?
Call us at 419-917-1706 to talk through what you are planning. We will tell you honestly what we have available and what makes sense for your freezer space.
How much does it cost?
Prices follow the market and move through the year, so we do not publish a fixed list. Call for today's pricing on whatever cut or bird you are after.
Do you ship or deliver?
No — local pickup only at the farm stand, 1760 Woodville Rd in Millbury. We are happy to take your order over the phone and have it ready when you arrive.
